   For the last several years, I have been developing a spirituality workbook for patients who are treatment at mental health and substance abuse treatment facilities. The work is also to be used in training professionals and volunteers who are involved in providing spiritual care at such venues. The workbook is extensive, with an underlying theme of the tree of life as a source of healing as well as meditation. Some time ago, I spoke to whom I believed to have been your wife or a woman associate. I gave a brief description of the project at that time, although it has eveolved sibstantially since then. I would like to formally discuss the use of your photographs from Forest Wander in the workbook and the manner in which it will be distributed/utilized. Included in this discussion would be formal ackolwedgements throughout the format.
   I would appreciate a response via email as to how we may have a teleconference on this topic as I am wrapping up the formatting hopefully by the end of January.
